We have had our January luncheon there for several years, and everyone seems to like it.

GOLDEN GIRLS NEWS

Many thanks to Frances Bowen for hosting our annual luncheon at Chateau Elan in Braselton in December.  As always the gift exchange was great, and the socializing  was even better!

Just received an e-mail from Al Gurley with the good news that Jeanette is now in remission but still very weak.  They hope to be able to attend a GG luncheon this year.


Harvey Chambers, my husband, is still on tablet chemo for his bone marrow cancer.  This last round (#6) really had some bad side effects and he is very weak.  Please keep him in your prayers.

Just heard from Kathryn Bradford.  She and Emily Temple will be attending our January 17 luncheon next week.  We have missed both of these girls and so glad that they are attending.  They are now our only two GG from north Georgia.
